| I have a raptor shift light and have it mounted in my AC vents. The installation is pretty simple and the instructions are detailed enough. Should have it in and working in an hour or less. |

I wanted a shift light but did not want to mount something and hardwire.
I picked up a Gtech used ....

That is actually insanely neat! How does it pickup the RPM? And, of course, how is the accuracy? Measured vs. time-slip? |

It is very neat. It picks up the rpms from a cig plug. It works like a champ and as best I can tell from the uysing it inthe real world it is very accurate on the RPMs.
I think Dan has his for sale in the classified ads area.

Stephen, if you need to get a tune, go and get the livewire and have NSI tune your whip. The livewire has a shiftlight. You can set if it for certain RPM's. Plus it monitor several different parameters. It can be used to monitor A/F ratio if you have a wideband too. The shirt light isn't bad but not like having a raptor but will do the job for track use. I have one in my ride and when you back in town I will show all it's features. _________________
