Just bought a custom ground cam from Super Six Motorsports. They told me that with my current mods I could expect between 25-35 rwhp from it. Should hopefully have it by next weekend. Any shops you guys would recommend for the job?
They said the sound will be noticeable that it's cammed, but not a big enough cam to hurt driveability for a DD. _________________

I'm not sure. I called them and told them my current mods and what I was looking for. I'm actually gonna call next week and find out the exact specs. He said it's not a big cam, but it'll have a nice sound and good gains though. _________________

I talked to Tom at SSM today, and the cam's specs are:
Duration Lift Lobe
218/226 .550 118* _________________

Ok, so I couldn't resist. With Tax Money coming in and all credit cards payed off, I made one last purchase fo my car. It's an aluminum driveshaft with a safety loop. I know, my cam was supposed to be my last purchase.....But this really is. For the next few months after this I don't see myself getting anything for the Stang. Except a paint job. So let me clear up all recent purchases since my last personal best of 15.3 @ 89.
-Windstar Upper Intake Kit
-25% U/D Pulley
-SSM Custom Cam
-Alum. Driveshaft w/Loop
-3.90 Gears
-Dyno Tune to make it work perfectly together
I can't wait to have all of it finally installed. Any predictions on the new personal best I could get? I'm now hoping for atleast a 14.7. Hopefully..... _________________

| Looks like you couldn't resist. I think once everything is done and if your cam gives you the power that you said it would I think you'll be below a 14.5 at around 95 mph. |

Oh Jeff, don't you get my hopes up. LoL. Does that mean I could Almost be in the 13's with some slicks? _________________

| If I'm right about your trap speed then yes I think you could get in the 13's with slicks and good driving, but its something you'll have to work for. |
