looking for a good set up of pullies, belt, and tune. 4-5 psi gain would be like a 2.8 upper and a 4 lb lower? Price wise what am I looking at after install?

Do you have auxillary pullies already on it? As in replacing the factory pullies as they are prone to breakage? Lower pulley the only way to do it is with a METCO kit (or a ripoff version of theirs). I run a 2.76 Billetflow upper with a 2 lb lower, and billetflow's idler pulleys. It makes about 16-17 lbs of boost. The 4lb lower was too much heat for an Eaton. The only real way to tune is on the dyno, you can buy this stuff with someone's canned tune but I wouldn't recommend it. I would also recommend something like the SCT X3 tuner.

I've got the xcal 3 on my weesix but my tuning skills arnt so hot so ide rather have someone tune it for me. The aux pullies are stock, so you recommend replacing all of them at the same time? I like your set up, thanks for the advice.

Seen quite a few stock pulleys explode.

You can get pulleys from Billetflow, Steeda, UPR, METCO, Reichard, depends on your budget and what lookes you like.

You will need a puller for the supercharger pulley or if a shop swaps them they should have one. I did my idlers in the driveway along with the lower. Lower wasn't fun but can be done.

Forgot to mention if you run a 4lb or larger lower you need to get an overdriven alternator pulley to slow it back down and avoid burning it up. With a 2lb lower you don't need to. That swap isn't fun either.

If you have an X3 for you sixxer you know it's locked to that car so you will need another one, or have someone put the sixxer back to stock and send you the X3.

Sent you a PM as well.

As mentioned above, with a 4lb or 6lb lower and a 2.8 upper, you're really over driving the factory Eaton. Makes a lot of low end torque but HP will fall off. I highly recommend Fastlane, they tuned my whippled 03 and they will be tuning my 04 Redfire this coming Monday.

i have been running a 2.80 upper ans a 6lbs lower for over 2 years now, i might be going to a 8lbs lower if i lose some boost due to the cams
