So, I had my car inspected today and while I was there had them listen to the TOB noise. Basically the TOB sounds like it is going which I figured was the case. So now I am in the market for a new clutch. Here are two that I have been thinking about. Any other suggestions?

You're coming up on the HP rating of that King Cobra clutch. It says it's rated at 315hp. The ram is 450 hp/tq. Plus the ram hdx is cheaper. But I've never dealt with either, so hopefully some who has can shed some light.

Yeah, I just noticed that too. I haven't really heard any bad stuff about RAM clutches and it is much cheaper. I think I am going to get a new clutch cable, quad and firewall adj to go along with it.

I have those and a clutch pedal adjuster. I'm really happy with it all. With the pedal adjuster, I put my clutch pedal right down even with the brake pedal. Now I don't have to knee myself in the chest to work the clutch.

That King Cobra is super heavy and can not be used with the stock quadrant for long...... better start doing some leg presses at the gym

Hey Chris, I think I saw you say that you have a T5. If that's true, I found a Ram HDX Clutch and Spec Billet Steel Flywheel used, but with only 700 miles on them. The guy wants $225 for both. I was gonna jump on it, but don't wanna take back my word of not buying anything else.

If you're interested, let me know and I can msg him. Maybe you could give me the cash and I'll pay him through my paypal. Let me know.

I have a high performance Zoom clutch in my fox. Its a great clutch with a good pedal feel. Its a kevlar disc and has been in the car since 2000 and has lived a life through a stock engine to a GT40 engine to the current 409rwhp supercharged powerplant and it comes with a high performance throwout bearing and pilot bearing. Just throwing this out there to make your decision even harder.

Ive been hearing good stuff about the Fidanza clutch.

A lot of Cobra guys are running it, so it can take quite a bit of power.

My next clutch is going to be either the Fidanza or the RAM.

As some know I went with a Mcleod this last time. Immitation is the best flattery; ACT and RAM rip their designs off directly from Mcleod, and not even the good designs.

Honestly Chris if it's going behind a 2V; I'd put a Centerforce Dual Friction clutch in it.

Your left leg will thank you Very Happy

That is what is in my Cobra right now and it has EXCELLENT drivability manners...and a easy pedal feel to boot.
