Since the rear swap in the V6, the speedometer has been of about 20mph due to the lower gears in the rear. This normally would not be a prob because of the navigation system in my car, but here's the catch, the odometer is hooked in with the speedometer and it is racking up miles quick! I have only driven around 80 miles or so but the odo says i've gone 170 miles. Where is a good place to get this corrected without having to buy a tuner? HELP!

Yeah, thought about that. Had to do it with both of the foxs, god rest their souls. Wasn't sure about the new ones, figured Jeff or twinscrew would have some input. Might do the productive thing and search the web for answers....Nah!

Ford can do it for you, but IMO do yourself a favor and get a SCT its money well spent. Stacey loves hers.

Is it ok to buy a used SCT or do I just need to buy a new one? It will be a while before I can afford to spend anymore money on the car. Also, I have ran across some diablo sport tuners but it says they are for 99-04, will they work for mine?

You can get a used SCT just make sure its unlocked. When you load a tune in your car with it the tuner becomes "married" to your car and the only way to "unmarry" it is to return the car to stock. Also the SCT can only be unlocked something like 6 times so you gotta know what your getting. I'd stay away from the diablo cause you'll have a hard time finding a tuner that tunes with it.

SCT is the Cadillac in the tuner world man. Diablo is the Chevy! If you spend the money, go ahead and spend it on somthin you'll enjoy down the road. Plus if you ever decide to get a dyno tune, none of our sponsers will tune with Diablo.

im runnin the x3. It's kinda the standard now. Chris and Twinscrw and some of the others are runnin the LiveWire. Its a fancier SCT. The x3 is sufficent for you though Josh.

x2! The X Cal 3 will work just fine for your car. That's the one I picked up when I got my tune. And take it form me, who use to have a DiabloSport, stick with SCT.

The X3 is a newer version of the X2. The only difference is the X3 has more memory. Some guys that had the X2 with an auto car could only have 2 tunes on it cause it took up all the memory. If your looking to save some coin they can be found for as little as $200 used and unlocked. If you get one that's locked it'll cost you $150 through SCT to unlock it so take that into account when you get one.

Cadillac and Cheby are both GM vehicles...
Just like the SCT it is just like any other tuner...
I love my Diablo sport Tuner have never had a problem with it...
And has been helpful in every aspect when tuning my car no bells and whistles you don't need...
BNT in Wilmington can tune with Diablo sport is what I was told...
