March 7th Fayetteville

First off, sorry if I put it in the wrong section.

I've been talking to Dave a bit about y'alls March 7th drag day, and I've gotten the rest of HCMC hooked on the idea as well. It's been added to the HCMC calendar, I've plotted the cruise for the club members, and I've appointed an event lead. We should be able to gather up a few cars to come play with you guys.

...I just hope my bloody motor will be back in the vert by then.

Oh okay, well that's a shame then. I was looking forward to saying hi again, hanging out, and shooting some more pics Smile

So, who all is going up there. This really is only chance we will have to go to Fayettville track. The will be going to Freaky Fridays soon. And I don't for see us taking a hour and half drive on a Friday night this spring or summer.

Fayetteville TnTs can be divided into three types:

Sunday afternoon: Fun for the whole family. Quite a few serious race teams. Some wannabe Fast & Furious street racers. Relaxed atmosphere.

Friday night: Easy going atmosphere. You can still bring a kid out.

Freaky Fridays: Bring a gun, bullet proof vest, crowbar, and a posse, crew, or gang.

Luckily Freaky Fridays are only on the first Friday of the month, and they'll be running Sundays for the time being. They only switched to Friday nights last year, when the weather got ridiculously hot. They prefer doing Sundays

The crowd that gathers on Freaky Fridays is not for me. My experience has taught me that it usually is the bike people who cause mischief.
