After talking with trip a little last night iv decied I'm going step up to the big boy motor and get a 351w block off of him now my question is will my twisted wedge heads fit a 351w? I know iv got to get a differnt intake, fly wheel, oil pan,ect..but I really don't want to drop the cash on a new set of heads. TIA[/list]

yes your heads will bolt up but the 351 uses a larger head bolt so you may need to have some holes enlarged. Been along time since I've messed with pushrod engines so I could be wrong, but I do know the heads will transfer.

they interchange. Marauder has them on his 351 Pinto. Your good, but while they're off, it'd be a good time to get some porting done. And are you goin fuel injected of carb? Cuz i called Trick Flow to as what carb intake they recomed for their heads and they said Edelbrock Performer RPM Air Gap.

are you gonna just drop the 351 in or do some motor work? 351 are tq monster but have very limited hp numbers unless you do some internals or maybe stroke it your gonna be disappointed... just my .02 thats why im gonna go 393 when i get the jangle

I'm going to stay with EFI I'm probably going to get the trickflow 351 intake while iv got the heads off I'm going to have them ported and then ill have to find a good cam and I'm thinking about stroking it my main worry is my tko I don't want it blow up under the torque and if I make it a 408 ill most likely stay N/A

So in light of me doing this anyone need bbk long tube a trickflow street heat intake or a trickflow stage 1 cam?
