Hello to all. Name is Charles, im new to NC staying in the jacksonville area. I have an 2006 V6 mustang. I have always loved mustangs, now that I am a little bit older I can start modding it. Still kinda new to it all. So far this is all that I have done
BBK Shorty Headers
BBk 70mm throttlebody
Ford Racing CAI w Tune
Ford Racing Exhaust
Any ideas on what mods I should get next would be welcomed. |

That 8.8" rear end w/some steeper gears like I said in the other thread would be a nice touch.
But the best advice I can give about building a V6 is make sure that's the car you want to dump money into. I have so much money into mine now that i'd be retarded to sell it for what it's worth, so i'm just gonna finish building it. If I could do it over again, I would have saved up and bought a V8. But if you want to build that car and you're ready to deal with all of the, "You shoulda bought a v8!" comments, then good luck! If you have any questions we'll help where we can.

| Yeah that is what I am starting to notice about the v6. ITs going to take alot of money but owell. Do you know a place where I can find rear end. I know I can find the gears @ american muscle. |

Agent 007 has a 8.8 for sale for a V6 s197. Thats prob the next mod you should look into. Is your car an auto or manual?

I would listen to SuperDan and talk to Agent007 about picking up his rearend. Plus it already has a set of 4:30 gears installed in it, so you'd be killing two birds with one stone.
