quick question, if i need to adjust the size of the tires, for speedometer reasons, do i need my own programmer or can i use anybody's tuner?

Your own, as a tuner gets married to the car after a tune is uploaded into it, until you return it to stock and unmarry it.

nope, you will beed your own. it will download the stock tune, then upload the updated one.

You can datalog and check DTC's when its married. Tire and gear changes are actually in the tune.

damn it, i dont have 400 bucks to throw away, or however much it costs. anyone know how much a prgrammer and a tune would cost? didnt fastlane have some kind of deal?

national speed will sell the xcal for $292...but the tune is $300; $270 for wot members.

you don not have to get a tune to adjust the tire size for that reason, all you need is a good tuner. so buy the tuner now and adjust the tire size and get your tune when you are better prepared. correct me if i'm wrong guys.
