Was trying to reset my idle and was doing fine then my car died and now it won't start it will turn over just fine and I'm lost help please

It died on me last night on my way home and I went to start it up and as I was cranking it over it would start untill after I stoped cranking it

yeah I pulled a plug and had it hooked up to the wire and cranked it over and still no spark....yeah iv got full power
