Recently I have been looking at CAI and quickly realized there are many of them out there with just as many price tags. I saw a K&N but the price was well above its competitors. Is this a case of paying more for a brand name or are you getting more bang for your buck. If not has anyone got any suggestions? Thanks Silvrtoy 07 GT

but running the JLT, u have to have a tuner device... and u can go sct (fastlane) or sniper (waynes)

I agree with the two above me, I'm pretty sure wood and stang910 were referring to F/I. The JLT is a good choice.

Dan I do...Flowmaster 40, Hurst short throw shifter and some half assed X-Pipe set-up that was on the car when I bought it . I figured the CAI would be a good starting point.

it would, helping your motor breath better will improve your power. You also may want to look into an SCT programer as mentioned above, untill you've fealt the difference, you wouldn't beleive how much it improves your power.
