So I took my new whip to Waynes to see what kinda of numbers I am putting down and to make sure the A/F is safe. 442RWHP and 445RWTQ, about what I was expecting. Consider that it was muggy out I bet on a cooler day I could break 450RWHP. Overall very happy with that, I should be able on slicks to run low 12's and with a driver mod mabe high 11's. But I won't be running slicks until I get some stiffer bushing and a IRS brace and upgraded axles. So looks like I will be on street tires for awhile.

thanks, that is basically on 14 lbs. My only problem is that I am stuck with the tune that is in the car. The dealership didn't have the tunner so when it comes time to upgrade and tune, it ain't going to be easy. Does anyone know what it cost to return the stock tune from Ford?

I was thinking the same too, I really didn't have a chance to talk to Wayne about what he thought about the tune in it. I really think it was a safe tune, it was just a hair rich and timing was conservative.

i'd say you can carry the car to Ford and have them reflash it to stock for probably $100. Don't quote me on that, this is the dealership we are talking about here.

If you pick up an SCT they will remote into your computer and install a stock file for nothing, I had to do it when someone stole my livewire, luckily got a used unlocked one for 150 off of craigslist. Nice numbers.

yeah but don't they have to have certain 4 digit number off the car to know exactly what the factory tune should be? I know when you pull the stock tune off with a sniper it has code that is specific to the car that your suppose to right down or save just in case you lose the factor tune off the loader, if you have that code, sniper will just send you the tune that matches that as a stock tune.

the 4 digit code I believe you are talking about refers to the serial number of the ECM, like mine is a CDC3, and yours will have a different one. Yours and D3's should be the same unless yall's ECM's are different

the power is there for 11's for sure but that IRS will hamper me alot. Even with up graded bushing, axles, and IRS brace I still hear guys breaking axles with the same power I got.

I know, it has a small blemish on the passenger side rocker panel that I am going to fix, when that gets done I am going to have licence plate holder removed and the holes filled and painted.
