So I am pretty happy with the power I am making and don't plan on adding any unitl I get my suspension to hook up better. If any of you IRS guys have mods, let me know what is working for you so far. My main concern is wheel hop and infamous "cluck" that is commen with the IRS system. I am looking for brand name you are using for bushing, subframe connectors, IRS braces, etc. I also understand that the type of slick you use can cause wheel hop? I am almost cetain my first suspension mod will be subframe connectors then bushings after that I am lost as what else to do. I am looking for this car to go deep into the 11's without any extra power ( well I will get LT's but no more than that). I don't want a solid axle because I like the way the IRS rides on the street so no convincing me there. Thanks in advance for any help.

Thanks Swervo, I heard of them before but have never looked at thier stuff. Thier bushing kit looks pretty promising. I am going to do some more research on them and see what others think of them.

How did the energy suspension bushing work for you stephen? I think I am going to go alittle more agressive then poly bushing thou. MM stuff is pricey but you also get what you pay for. Have you install subframes yet? I talk to a guy on another forum and told me it was the biggest improvement he notice and made the stock IRS work so much better. Went on to say then bushings would be his next mod.

I have billetflow IRS brace but there is someone making a girdle out there way cheaper than the one Fore Precision is no longer making.

MM bishings would be the next step up, but that silver car on my website had a delrin set that is made bu a guy on SVTP, they come with grease zerts for every one and they are grooved on the inside to move the grease around. Best mod he said he did but they are pricey.

I run a whole Kenny Brown Sub system with jacking rails, matrix brace, and subframes, but those will probably be cut out this winter for a whole Stifflers suspension, I should have their first strut tower brace next week, we test fit it this last Monday and they are in the Fab process of making a rear shock tower brace.

I have a guy that does a billet IRS cover...that was a good bit cheaper than the fore piece. Let me see if I can round up his info.
