Anybody have the tool to install a pulley on my eaton?? And anybody want to give me a hand?

In your other thread, D3 said the power steering pump pulley installer from Auto Zone might work. You'd have to check on that though I guess since I've never had the pleasure of owning an Eaton car and have no clue of what works and what doesn't.

jeff had to have his done at wayne's cause it uses a special tool. he tried a couple different things too but they didn't work. so call wayne!!!

i talked to wayne when my pulley decided to go MIA and he said he wont let anybody borrow his pulley puller

Power Steering Pulley Tool from AutoZone has the same exact installer part that comes with Billetflows install/removal tool, used it myself, know it works. Rent it and return it and it costs you nothing.

Part Number OEM27031

The part on the left of the box does the installing

Is there a specific way to put it on or anything iv got to measure or do I just slap the pulley on?

You slip the pulley on, and then the installer screws into the blower snouth, then you turn the piece threaded onto the installer and it presses your pulley on until it is flush with the end of the blower snout.

no my belt showed up today but my pulley had to be shipped from reichard(sp?) racing so it should be here tomorrow
