I highly doubt she could be held liable for it without actually recording it happening. If it was my car she hit like that I woulda walked out and kicked in her door.

i was parked at firehouse subs and they parked next to me in a 4 door silverado, so close to me that i had to put caleb in on the passenger side and i had to squeeze into the door. jeff said she just flung the door open and then had to squeeze her fat ass out the door, didn't even looked to see if she did anything

had someone do that here in the neighborhood a while back, after 3 sets of tires because of holes in the side walls, a cement block to the hood, and a new back windshield, they got the picture that i was not fucking playing! Also threw all there cigarette butts, that i found in my yard from them, in there car window while it was down, packaged up a bunch of dog shit that was in my front yard from their dog, and smeared it all over the head rests and put the rest in the fresh air vents under the windshield because i dont smoke, so i dont want to pick up your damn butts, and i dont let my dogs shit in my yard, so i dont want yours too either....lets just say, i love my new neighbors since that bitch left!

lol, no worries about that, i couldnt stand her man, she would come home at 3am playing music so loud you could here every lyric in my bed room, she was a white trashed whore literally, when she decided to cheat on her husband while he was over seas, she put up a neon "OPEN" sign in the bed room window lol....she was a nut case!
