So I am thinking after some suspension mods that my first power mod will come in the form of cooler air temps. So any suggestions on intercoolers and heat exchangers. Looking at AFCO and Fluildyne but open to others. Thanks for all help in advance.

AFCO Dual Pass heat exchanger, as for intercooler just a factory replacement is 600+ and there are only one or two aftermarket ones for about 900.

It uses your car's A/C system to chill the water going through your intercooler:

If you plan on getting the killer chiller keep the stock heat exchanger with the bigger unit it will have to work harder to cool everything

Haven't looked at that......so with the killer chiller I should stay with my stock heat exchanger or intercooler? Or both?

with the killer chiller if you have an upgraded heat exchanger its a bigger unit the KC has to cool down the stock h/e is smaller and less work so yes stay with the stock h/e if you get a KC....chris youtube killer chiller and you will see some videos on how well it works

So looked at the killer chiller and it is about 650 bones! I have to do some more research on it and see what kinda of gains people are getting. I did notice that it is adjustable as far as how much A/C is used to cool of IAT. Thanks for the heads up Scott.

So Jeff is going this route and if he likes it I think I am going to take suite and follow his lead. Then hopefully this fall most likely winter I am looking into gettting ported eaton and lower pulley to get up to 18 psi. Can't let Jeff run away if he has a SRA!
