I have a good bit more fuel system than I need right now, plan on getting about 6 more psi out of the turbos with meth or a 50 shot to help IATs

nice man. is there a reason for going with an aftermarket tank over stock with a return style hat? what is needed to convert to return style?

With the routing of the glenns tank you can damn near run it dry before it runs out of supply.
I didn't get the return hat because you have to modify your spare tire tunnel (cut a slot into it) and I was a little worried about getting water/dirt/debris in my car through that.
And the sumped tank that welds in, you need to run at least a 1/4 tank to insure it doesn't run dry. Didn't want that in case I get somewhere where a gas station isn't in sight.

To go return, you'll need a pump and filter set up; fuel lines; fuel rails and regulator. I wouldn't go stainless braided: I did, and now plan on going to fabric braided. Depending on what fuel pump you want will determine if you go with a hat or sump. The cheapest way would be to sump your stock tank and go with an inline pump I think. Easiest to work on too cause you don't need to drop your tank to get to the pump!
You will be able to delete your FPDM, fuel pump (but will be able to keep the fuel level sender), interia switch, stock fuel line, fuel rails and fuel rail pressure sensor.
You'll need to get the FPDM and Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor deleted in your tune or you'll get a check engine light.

good info man. doesnt sound too complicated at all. id much rather have a return system. ill probably go the sumped stock tank route. id like to check your car out. i seen your car in the club photos. that is a sick ride man. saleens are one of the best looking cars period. i see a pick with a centri and a pick with a twin screw. and now its turbo? what do you think is the best boost route?

Honestly man, since you have a 4V, I would go with a twin screw if you're going to keep it manual, so that instant torque is available after each shift instead of having to build boost with a centri or turbo. Turbo for sure if you want to switch to 4R70 or other auto.
The biggest twin screw I can get for a 2V is a 2.1 and there's no way I was going to make my power goal with that.
The main reason I didn't stick with the Procharger is that there are a few guys in the club going that route and I wanted to be different. Prochargers are loud and intimidating with Procharger's big red BOV for sure!
If I'm not mistaken your car has the same heads the Terminators have? if that is the case, you have so many options for a twin screw.

If you're in J-ville one day hit me up and I'll show you my set up, I'm not secretive at all.
I appreciate the compliments! Unfortunately the outside is getting on the bad side and I need to get it re-painted. Paint chips, spider webbing and acid rain stains have taken its toll the past decade Sad
