|
|
Hey what's up guys? Just thought I'd say introduce myself and give some stats on my '92 GT. I ran against maxpower's Mach 1 at Rockingham's Civil Wars. It ran a 13.08 @ 103.6
I've also got a DD '97 GT. It's dead stock with the exception of an ebay cai and flowmaster mufflers... and has ran a 9.3 in the 1/8. Not too shabby for a stock geared non pi GT on street tires.

It was nice meeting you at the rock! I'm surprised at the numbers you were pulling with that fox, makes me glad i'm building my brother's! We are going GT40P heads, explorer intake, Mac LT's, O/R H, Flowmaster Super 44's. Hope this top end build gets us close to your 1/4 ET! _________________ 13.03@104.9 mph. Thanks! The weight of the car is REALLY killing it.
I've only got 235's on the Ponys. With those on the back, it ran a 13.68.

I'm happy with the car. The heads are essentially Thumper E7's. With the Stock upper and lower intake, the main restriction is the lower intake. From the flow #'s I've seen, by porting the lower intake, the stock stuff will flow a hair better than a stock Cobra upper/lower, which is essentially what the Explorer intake is.
If the weight is the same and with the same driver, your brothers times should be right in line with mine |
