Looks nice! Whats the difference between an X pipe, H pipe, or true duals? Will you still be able to pass an inspection with all that?

Look into Cherry bomb's, they have alot of new muffler designs that might fit your needs. Everything from glass packs to really sick chambered mufflers and I think some straight flow through's. No one has them.

The difference between an H pipe and X pipe is more of a sound thing. There is hardly any hp difference maybe a few hp, but that negligible between the two. H-pipes have a deeper tone and sound more like a muscle car. X pipes have a higher pitch, more exotic tone that sounds kinda like nascar. It's all up to how you want to sound like. The reason why our cars have h and x pipes and not true duals, is because the x and h pipes smooths out the exhaust pulses and helps to scavenge the exhaust. So you'll have more power than a true dual set up, plus it sounds alot better.

x2, H-pipes are also seem to be louder espically with no cats. But really does depend on your muffler. I have a H-pipe with no cats and had flowmasters on the car. They were loud (and sounded great) but my baffles had started to come apart and it rattled alot during idle. I decided to get some Magnaflows which in the end sound good but not nearly as loud, wish I had gone with super 44's!
