Opinions on the GT, Boss 302 and GT500

Okay so now that the pictures of the 2013 models are out, what do you guys think of the new styling? Here is my 2 cents....

GT: I like the new tail lamps and lower valance on the bumper. It looks much better overall and is what they should have done in the first place. I however am not a fan of the new front end. Reason is because Ford got lazy and just took the front end off the GT500. The fog lights look out of place in the grille. I just think it takes away from the GT500 too much. The GT500 loses it's own seperate identiy from the rest of the mustang line up.

Boss 302: Love it!!!!!! The retro stripe package is awsome! If I was to buy a 2013 this would be the one. Now again it uses the GT500 front but I over look that because IMO it is a speciality model and that is good enough reason to make it different from the base model v6 and GT.

GT500: King!!! I think the tail pipes are the best looking set Ford has done. Everything about this car is sick. Didn't change alot but really didn't have to because the car was already nice looking.

I think they all look great! I'd love to trade mine in, but....... The GT500 is the going to be one awesome car. I want to know what kind of heads they are using. It's a new design, but not from the coyote since Ford is still using the 5.4 block. The big question is will these new heads work on the little 4.6?

yeah the new gt500 exhaust tips are nice looks like mine in the back as far as the exhaust pipes.

The Boss is sexy and just plain old awesome! Plenty of power with the handling skills to put cars costing twice as much in their place. The GT500 is what the person who started the phrase, "open up a can of whoop ass" was thinking of. Tons of power straight from the factory and ready for some slicks and a drag strip.

Man I wish I had a lot of money...lol.

The V6 and GT are just both great cars for the money they cost. What a great period in time to be a Ford Fan.

I was just thinking that early today. Car guys better enjoy this ride while it last. 10 years ago a 400 HP car was for the top dogs and now you can get that in the base model V8 Mustang and Camaro. When will the HP war stop? I hope never! Just a awesome time for Muscle cars. Have you notice the rice seen is just about done? Because a lot of them aren't able to keep up and so they are going Muscle too!!

Man this is a BEAUTIFUL Mustang lineup! I guess 2012's will have a pretty sick rebate offertowards the end of winter 2013! Wink

Isnt' there still a platform change scheduled for 2015 model?

The rebates will be starting soon. The 2013 model should be released late winter early spring.

I love the new tail lights...they made a world of difference to the rear of the car.
