I have only ordered from them twice and both times what I wanted was on back order. The first time was the Gen 2 head cooling mod and I had to wait a month and a half for that. They don't tell you that the part is on back order it just never shows up and you call and get excuses.

I ordered a JLT CF RAI from them over 2 weeks ago on their 12 days of Christmas special. Again they never said a word about it being on back order. So last week I called them and asked when I might expect it, and explained that I have a dyno tune on Dec. 22nd. I was told it would ship out on Mon. the 19th. So today I called just to make sure it shipped out yesterday. Guess what-no deal. Got the excuse that they received a bunch but 2 of them were busted so mine was one of those I guess. So I tell him well I guess I'll just cancel the order because I'm not canceling my Dyno. So he says well do you have a tuner and I say yes. He says well I 'll have Jon Lund email you a tune and you can cancel the dyno tune. I'm like no way. So then he has me hold on and he comes back and says well I have one here on the shelf that I can overnight to you but it will be an additional charge. So there goes the discounted price that I got. And if he had one on the shelf, then why the hell was it not shipped out to me yesterday like they told me it would. Very frustrating and I will not be ordering from them again. It's too much of a hassle every time I do. Anyone else have this problem?

when i had the Mach, I ran into some of the same type issues. Idk you personally but if you give them a good cussing out, tell them you are on a bunch of forms, and you are going to post comments on their poor customer service, then you may just get a 50$ gift certificate and free shipping on your next order as well as this one like i did Laughing

I will not be ordering anything from them anymore either.

Sorry that your having issues with them Michelle. I agree with Travis too. I usually give a place two try to before I decide if they are a good business. If you need anything let me or Jeff know, we can order most anything you need.

Ok sounds good. I've been striking out in getting things for the car the last couple of weeks. Lol. I did get the afco heat exchanger on though and it looks awesome! The hoses had to be rerouted and modified, but it's working great so far.

American Muscle had my rims and tires to my house in Dallas in 4 days which is like 10 days faster then I was told. They are freaking awesome

The order was called in because it was a twelve days of Christmas sale and you had to call in order to get the discount. And no they did not say anything about it being on back order. I found that out the first time I called back.

Well it gets even better!!! They sent it overnite Fed Ex with signature required but neglected to tell me that. So of course it came in the 10 minutes it took me to go put gas in the Cobra. I missed him by 10 minutes and of course now I have to drive all the way to Wilmington tonight to get the package. It will be there at 6:30 pm and they close at 7 Sad

Called Fed ex and Lethal. They got my very quick hostile Irish temper, so I did get Lethal to refund the overnight shipping, since now it will cost me another $20 in gas to drive to Wilmington and back Sad

Told Lethal that I would never order from them again!
