Okay so how many of you hear a band and love their music espically when they first hit the radio waves? Then 2 or 3 albums later they sux!! What pisses me off the most is when a band has a nice hard sound then they go all soft and girlie. Examples Stain, linkin park, Incubus and even dare I say...... Metallic (not totally but some)......first albums very hard aggressive sound then they go on to soft weak crapp! Most recent is Five Finger Death Punch.......now I haven't listen to their most recent album but the latest song on the radio is to much like U2......gay!!! Going to listen to album before I write them off. Why can't bands be more consistent. Red Hot Chilli Peppers, slip knot, Marlin Mason, Alice n Chains all have always stayed the same and they get my nod of approval. Anyone care to chime in? Other bands that you felt betrayed you or bands that have always been on point?

Dunno how many of you listen to rap or like it, but its the same way. Nas was awesome in the 90's, now his latest album and the one coming up is weak. Nelly comes to mind, country grammar was good, everything else sucked after that. Sucks when ppl get away from the original reason you started listening to them.

Yeah I listen to more "hip hop" now. Common, Talib Kweli, etc.. Only a few rap artists that are big that i listen to. Mainly Eminem, Jeezy, and T.I. None of them have changed a bit.

speaking of getting away from the original reason......METALLICA!!!! They've really pissed me off over the past few years. Assholes. Dick bags started as Thrash, my kind of music, then started their own genre called faggots and those like us.

getting into cRap too, no musical talent what so ever. It takes nothing. I know someone is going to give me the spill about being rythmical and ryhming words. Save it. Look at whoever made Mary had a little lamb, the original rap, they did it without cussing and talking about their hoes and what not. Well Mary might have been thier hoe but they put it descretely. No one gives a shit about someone else's money and fucking chargers with rims, and what is that dancing rappers do???????? Anyone I know can put on sunglasses and wave thier hands around and make finger signs. What a joke. Rap. Haha

If you like metal Unearth, All that Remains, and Messhugah have always been the same since day 1. It's not like hardcore and then they turn weak. Another one that comes to mind is August Burns Red

ill have to disagree with you when it comes to All That Remains. their first two albums were awesome. Overcome was the last album i bought and it just didnt compare to the first two, i have listenend to the new albums and it just seems like they are not as heavy as before. Darkest Hour and all shall perish have been face shredding for years all well.

do you have the new August Burns Red album? its some good shit.
