With a tune from a place like p-51 performance or lethal performance with some basic mods like an intake, underdrive pulleys, full exhaust... What kind of gains could possibly be seen? _________________ 99 Mustang GT SMR# 2070

30 Horses maybe? Depends, longtubes are better than shorties and also how free flowing is the cat back? Flowmasters sound good but limit flow as SLP is kinda obnoxious but doesnt restrict anything.People say that you gain 15 hp from CAI but I would say to the wheels maybe 5rwhp and I have no idea about underdrivepullies.

factory tunes are not dead on from the factory. Theres just a canned tune for every car that rolls off the line, and every car is different. Thats what he means. Some will gain more than others.

Drive it agressive for a few days and it will settle enough for an alignment. But know that they will keep dropping for a while. Also, Bear (Sp?) alignment here in Jacksonville is the best around. There is usually a waiting list to get in because they are so good. They are old school.

Didn't do the springs yet... Gotta go to the hobby shop for 9 to get a lift to put this brake rotor on. Couldn't get one bolt off. Its like glued on. _________________ 99 Mustang GT SMR# 2070

We tend to call the mail order tunes "cookie cutters". Typically the tunes are conservative for obvious reasons, but net some gains and work on "similiar" applications. Meaning headers, intake, and exhaust would be a tune sent out regardless that you may have a different brand intake, headers, exhaust, etc. You will net the best results by getting a custom tune for your car.
