http://www.stangnet.com/2010/08/18/kooks-2011-ford-mustang-5-0-exhaust-systems/

The last headers i posted here were ARH for the new 5.0. This is Kooks for the new 5.0 and it's much cheaper. I wonder if the 45hp/40lb-ft increase is based on a baseline run or the underrated 412/390 number from ford?

I want to say they base lined the car then added the headers. I know they did with the ARHs.

I don't buy it. My guess is headers + O/R X + tune gave them 45 hp. Tune is worth 25 and O/R X is worth 14. So that means those $1100 headers are worth an unbelievable 6 hp.

Guess we'll have to wait till the magazines start testing these things to get some raw data.
