well according to all the reading i did today about this swap, it is not worth it, if i remember right i would actually have to downgrade my heads to the 96-98 3.8 ones and lose that horsepower and with everything done right i would only gain about 25-50 hp at the end, doesnt sound worth it to me, id rather save up 4 grand and get a good set up.
