I was in the tire business for 4 years, so take it from me when I tell you to keep your new wheels away from 'mom and pop' tire shops! Most are not equiped with the necessary changer to ensure that your rim won't suffer any damage. I would recommend Dukes Tire in Wilmington because they deal with nice rims on an hourly basis. Here's the link to their website:

Mark go to Porter Neck Tire and Auto.....it right across from the Golds Gym in Wilmington as your heading south on Market street. Ask for Gary (owner and he lives in your area....small world) he is the owner or Jim and tell them I sent you. They will look after you. If you can't find it or have question you got my number.

Just in case you're on base, you could use the auto hobby shop. I'm not sure how great of a job they do, because I haven't had a chance to try them out, but I do know that everything else they do is cheaper than out in town. Again, I'm not recommending them, just putting it out there as another option.
