Negative first: The Marine Corps has decided again I am not good enough to get promoted (oh well, I got a plan), pretty bad to get promoted 6 times in under 12 years and will spend the last 8 without a promotion (and no bad paperwork). Got to decide where to go next summer when I get back to finish the career.
First Positive: Went over the halfway mark for this deployment a few days ago, still going to be the end of May before I get back though. (also found DarknessGT is only a 15 minute flight from me, his birds probably land here every other day)
Second Positive: The Cobra is paid off (AGAIN!) Time to catch some bills up and maybe have the WRX paid off by summer.

| Ha I have probably been to your base at some point. Well I am right there with ya just 4 promotions under. I have been in the top 10 for LCpl to Cpl for 2 years now and every quarter I am always within the cutting score by 10 points. USMC is the cat dangling Cpl over me and I am the mouse starting to lose faith in the promotion system. |

Sorry on the promotions Adam, hopefully next time around. May will be just the right time for you to get home so I can open a can of whip ass on you at the track!!!  Congrads on paying off the Cobra!!

| I am going to pick up a bike when I get back for the summer. I am really surprised at how low the prices are on some of the 07 and up 600's are. |
