| HERE IS MY NEW SHIFTER, JUST INSTALLED IT, FIT VERY WELL AND INSTRUCTIONS WERE AWSOME, ONLY TOOK ME A LIL OVER AN HOUR AFTER MAKING ALL ADJUSTMENTS |

its alot different, the reason for the dynomat they said was to lkeep it all quiet, yeh right. but overall i LOVE IT, i just hear the engine ROAR....can;t wait to test it out _________________

| It will also help keep heat out of the car.... I did use the dynomat on mine and it is pretty quiet inside plus there is a lot less heat coming out of the console. |

yeah so did i, but there is a considerable amount of noise.....i installed it as told, just noisy...but no complaints, it feels and sounds more like a race car on the inside...hehehe _________________

| niteryder do you think I can sit in your car and see if I like how the shifter feels? If I go aftermarket its going to be mgw, but I like the OEM feel so I need a little convincing. |

| It does take some getting use to since you no longer have to manhandle the car into gear.... and of course I set mine to 50% shorter throw... but I love it... FastOrange wanted one after he drove my car but when he went to the 6 speed MGW doesn't offer one for that application. |

yes i agree with twinscrew, it does take some gettin used to, yeahni can let you drive mine with the new shifter, i set mine to about 40% shorter throw, 3rd is a breeze now. _________________
