We should change the website only if it can be made more simplistic and user friendly than it is right now. If it cannot be improved upon then I would say leave it as is.

The colors and graphics are excellent. Maybe a consolidated look with key segments in one place, and a central welcome graphic summarizing the club.
Please understand this is only a suggestion, the current site is excellent.
